During our stay the weather was really, really bad so the great food (pricey but definitely upscale value) and drinks, beautiful lounge areas and kind staff was a consolation. Any reviews claiming the hotel is ”worn and need a face lift” are wrong - the hotel is supernice and is better than the pictures tell.

The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible to the mall, nearby markets, beach & there were plenty of dining options around. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean (just as in the pictures). The staff at the hotel were very polite & welcoming. Special mention to Didik & Citra for the impeccable housekeeping; to Sagika from the SPA who gave me one of the best balinese massage & to Mirna from the restaurant (breakfast). Mirna was such a sweet girl, she ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. She helped in making our stay in Bali an unforgettable one. Her name always comes to our mind when we think about Bali.

This is our favourite stopover Airport hotel after long haul flights. Amazing pool, right next to the airport . Lovely staff and excellent restaurant food and the duo night band was excellent. Thank you for the upgrade and see you again in the future . Thanks to Madi the taxi driver. The massages were amazing also . Thanks to Annie and Co.

I had a suite which was very nice and clean. I had a nice view of the swimming pool, but the room was very quiet. The bathroom was huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was very nice, the bar and restaurants in the hotel were very tasty. The location is very good and you can reach the airport in less than 10 minutes. And you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

    Staff were lovely, and most spoke pretty good English. Rooms were okay, but I wouldn’t say 5 star, maybe 4.5 stars. Were given bottled water each day. Pool was awesome, great temperate, and not too chlorinated. Walking distance to Waterbomb Bali and had a supermarket at Lipo Mall a short walk away.

    Hotel is good, but im not really sure about 5 star rating that. Hotel looks old and needs to be repaired in some areas. We had no bathrobes in the room, which should be available in a 5-star hotel. Swimming pool is nice and clean, breakfast is delicious but no vegetables served. Coffee is also not good. Stuff is very helpful and kind. The area around is very noisy so if you want to have piece and quiet time you should book different hotel. Thank you anyway.
