Addition: While I was on the way to catch a train, I realised that my handbag was left at the hotel after check-out. The team did everything they could to assist and eventually offered a hotel staff to bring over by meeting me halfway in Brixen. Every staff is just super caring and helpful. Such an unforgettable experience for selecting a stay at Forestis!

-Everything was simply beyond our expectations. 11/10. -The staff can be one of the most polite and attentive. Everyone was kind, sweet and helpful. -We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner, when served buffet, is usually average as per our past experience. Large and stylish restaurant, where we had a designated table. No crowds, no queues, no loud music or loud people. We had by far the best mushroom risotto we have ever had. The breakfast also deserves an individual review. The food in general was exceptional. -The room was beautiful, fresh smelling, nice little terrace, stylish and luxurious. -The facilities were clean, nice, and you have several options like few different saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool.
