Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! We will definitely come back.

The location of this hotel is perfect with an amazing view over the harbour and easy access to all of the attractions. The pool area was great for relaxing. It has an amazing bar on the top floor for sundowners.

This is a beautiful resort. We are more used to an old Italian vibe so at first we had mixed feelings as the place is rather modern, but as our stay went on we really appreciated Minareto. There is a small sandy beach, a cliff with breathtaking views and a big (25 metres long) pool. It is absolutely not crowded (we were at the end of June) and you can fully relax. All the materials used are high quality, natural wooden and leather furniture, stone floors etc. There are no standard bars next to the beaches, you order everything via WhatsApp. Again, seemed strange at first but it turned out very convenient. The restaurant is outstanding, totalny aspiring for Michelin Star. There is a professional somelier (Saki, if I remember right) who deserves a special appraisal. In general it is a wonderwul place for enjoying sun, views and fancy food. The all day menu is less posh, you can get a big sandwich with chips if you wish. It is 15 minutes drive from Siracusa. You can take a taxi boat to the old town (Ortigia). There are rather no restaurant or shops in a walking distance.

We had booked a classical room but were upgraded to a two-level rather big room. This hotel is a proper five-star hotel. Everything is up to the standard you expect at five stars. The location is perfect. The valet parking works fine. They serve you a nice welcome drink at breakfast, which is very good. We ordered breakfast in the room the first morning and loved it.

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain.
