Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Tuscany, the staff was so charming and very nice. The entire surroundings is just breathtaking! The breakfast was exceptional, the food from the restaurant was delicious! They offer plenty of activities to do! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, decorated with a lot of style, the attention to detail was very present. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury yet comfortable and warm palace!

Historic and very well managed! All the staff were courteous and cheerful, receptionists were exceptionally helpful with food recommendations inside or outside the hotel. Beautiful landscape within hotel and pool very well managed. Parking organised. Good modern comfort in a historic building, strong AC.

All the staff were professional and friendly. I asked for a reservation for a winery tour a day ago, and the desk staff handled it brilliantly. The swimming pool and spa are also neatly managed. There were various kinds of breakfast and the taste was satisfactory. It would be the best option if you were to take a vacation in the Tuscany region.
