The location is perfect, walkable to almost all highlights of Astana. The bonus: you are literally next to the shopping centre with various shops incl. coffee shops😍 Sheraton Club is worth every euro! The evening snacks is actually proper dinner, even with my favourite shrimps! Large room with lots of space for clothes and other belongings. Two bottles of water for free every day. Fast free wi-fi without any issues. And the SPA...OMG, absolutely amazing!!!

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. Got upgraded this time around and loved the presidential suite. + lovely ladies at the reception especially Assel who helped checking us in + cosy and comfortable beds + atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is so relaxing, quiet and friendly

The breakfast was good. The staff was pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and clean. I lived on the 24th floor. The view of the city was just perfect.

The staff at the hotel was so good and so kind. As I arrived and checked in, the staff upgraded my room, very pleasent and a nice surprise. I can recommend other to stay here, value for money.
