Excellent service from all staff, from reception to breakfast and the Stella Bar. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view. I had hoped for a room with a river view, but I still enjoyed the stunning scenery from the Stella Bar. Highly recommend trying the signature cocktails at the rooftop Stella Bar—each one is a delight! The Thai manager and her team are exceptionally welcoming, and the food, both at breakfast and at the Stella Bar, is fantastic. I will definitely visit again!

Enthusiastic staff. Really stable internet, but looks like it was limited per device to about 10mbps, which was fine for my video calls. Great standard of service and the room was nice.

The hotel looked spanking new and was very well upkept. After a week travelling Laos this was a nice welcome with superb room and toilet facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
