Nine Skies is the definition of boutique luxury. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms and the service we received from all the staff was truly so personable this really felt like a home away from home. The design of the whole hotel is beautiful with a wonderful living room, with a cosy fire in the evenings, and our suite room was beautiful with a terrace. The pool has an amazing view over the tea plantation. All the meals we had were delicious. Our host was very friendly and helpful, organising day trips for us and setting up our own table with lots of candles for dinner by the pool one evening, and also set up our own private breakfast at a look out point which were both lovely experiences. This hotel is brilliant if you want a very quiet, secluded spot in the Hill Country with excellent service and food. It is an expensive hotel but it is worth the money.

Loved the whole experience- amazing hotel design with great attention to interior detail . Views from the balcony where we were able to relax in comfort, gave us a true flavour of the environment. Customer service, particularly from Hemantha was first class and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Feel.

Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Located in an old tea factory, this hotel is something special for people who enjoy tradition. The outside facade of the old tea factory was kept, while the inside keeps many momentos, machinery and the old elevators. A special experience! Dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent as well.
