Everything about the hotel is amazing. Views, service by staff (Carolina and Javier at the reception, Alex at the beach, Monica from housekeeping, Carmen, Virginia and Jorge at the Gaviotas restaurant), facilities, rom comfort, food, etc. Best stay we have had in Cozumel.

Fabulous Hacienda hotel set in.a jungle and mangrove swamp 2 beautiful pools, one right by the beach. Rooms and bathrooms were large with a lovely balcony overlooking the jungle gardens. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive drinks and food were fantastic. A very relaxed stay. Hope to return next year.

We were here only for one night due to a flight cancellation but we definitely wish we had more time here. It was fantastic. The All Inclusive offer is amazing and fully recommended. Should we holiday to Cozumel again, this will for sure be the place we book to stay.
