Everything were super nice! From the welcoming, my kids so happy to get cute teddy's during check in time, the reception was super friendly, superb room, very nice and clean room with super comfy bed.. Really in love for few gifts from the hotels during the stay ❤️ And the package came with breakie and dinner.. With liveband performance at nearby lounge... I would definitely come back to this hotel whenever I'm in genting 😊

I’ve stayed here several times, and except for the first and last time, which was last week, I wasn’t satisfied at all. The last time, I stayed at The Yanne, which has recently joined the Ion Delemon group, and I hope it maintains this quality and doesn’t decline like the hotel itself.
