Everything , The location was lovely the beach is so clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The food choice was good both at the buffet and in the restaurants. It was an idyllic experience and we absolutely got a five star experience.

We loved everything. This hotel is next level. The grounds, the rooms, and the facilities were stunning. However, what makes it a 5-star hotel is the service experience. Nothing was a bother for any of the staff we encountered—a truly memorable stay.

This was the best hotel out of 10 on my trip. The customer service was exceptional and everyone remembered your name. Breakfasts were outstanding and the rooms luxurious. Pool area was amazing and clean. Great extra touches like a treat left with the turn down service, the welcome on arrival and the ‘surprise’ last evening gifts. Amazing!

The hotel is stunning. Probably the nicest we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was superb. Pool and beach were stunning although if you want to swim in the sea, it might not be for you compared with Thailand due to jellyfish but that might be the time of year so check. There was an army of staff always wanting help with a smile. Obviously you pay for this with the price but if you want a luxury holiday in a quiet beach paradise then look no further.

Well maintained property, great service. Best service I had so far in SEA 5 stars. Left my sunglasses at the spa and the staff delivered it to the beach where my next activity was without me asking.
