Really massive multi-entertainment place to stay. There's this adorable chocolate hour between 3-4pm for all guests [basically a cute chocolate buffet]. The room was beautiful plus had a bath AND shower!! Separately, so you could take a shower and then a bath. I really enjoyed that a lot. The view was gorgeous and filled with well maintained tropical nature. To&from the airport, there's a free shuttle every 2 hours. It's labeled "Mövenpick" and is located by number 3 where the ride shares are on the lowest airport floor outside [mentioning just in case it helps anyone]. Grab also worked seamlessly to get me in and out of the more cosmopolitan areas. Room service and laundry were honestly the best I've ever had. Really amazingly delicious food and my laundry was folded and ironed with such care [no dampness]. Both the hotel and Grab interface are brilliant with security, so I always felt safe even as a solo traveller. I'll be staying again for sure~

Nice and smooth check-in. Everything about the room is good. The view in the balcony was amazing. Absolutely love the infinity swimming pool with the view of the blue ocean but it was quite small to hold many people. The breakfast was great but could be better. Some food were not topped up when nearing an hour before the closing time. However, they changed the menu everyday. There were great food outside the hotel but you need a vehicle to travel out as it is quite a walk. The fire show really caught our attention as it was the highlight of our trip.

I arrived in KL to visit friends, so the outside KL location suited my arrangements (hotel is halfway between KLIA and KLCC). Expecting a budget hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The standard is far higher than the rating suggested when compared with a European Hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is in a very nice adjacent traditional building across from the hotel entrance. a very pleasant morning experience.
