The room got upgraded to an unexpected suite. Breakfast was made complementary. Very nice gesture from the front desk staff who checked me in. The location is also very good. There are 2 shopping malls closer to the hotel. Rashid Mall is also walking distance.

Ideally located between Al Khobar and Dammam, the hotel provides easy access to the business district and is just minutes from popular shopping malls.

I got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the same level which made it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel, in between the city center of Khobar and the Dhahran Expo center, is very good for traveling to both places. Free parking space just in front of the hotel.
