The staff is very friendly and polite and I need to give a big shout out to Jimmy at the front desk tour bookings, if I could give him more rhan 5 stars I would do fore sire; fantastic person and allways willing to help, please tell him he made our stay extea special!!Guest review byPFamily with young children
