The property has a very good location, in a quiet place outside of the center of Alacati, but very close in a 7-10 minutes walk. Enough parking place for the people that come by car. The rooms are absolutely cozy and beautiful, we had ottoman style with balcony. Beautiful and stylish pool. We had a very good breakfast on the restaurant terrace.

Really beautiful hotel with stylish design, delicious breakfast and coffee, and friendliest staff i've ever come across. they really go out of the way to make all the guests feel welcome and comfortable. As a solo female traveler i felt very safe and the staff really made me feel like i am staying over at my friends. It is few minutes close to the main street, so the location is great as well.

Loved the property - the location, facilities (spa, pool, beach access) were excellent! The music, food, helpful staff added to our wonderful experience. The decor in the property and in the room was quite a boho chic vibe! The property has great facilities to entertain kids - pool, play area, garden incl. complimentary icecreams for them :) The staff helped us with some great suggestions for places to dine!

Everything was great most esp. the crew and staff! They were all so friendly, esp. mention to Simba she was so nice, smiling and very accomodating and so with the other girl but forgot to ask her name. The Swissotel Resort And Spa Cesme is a fantastic and very new hotel on the sea front with great views, service and facilities. Although we only stayed one night, we will definitely be looking for a new opportunity to return for a longer stay.

Location is 10/10. You can walk to the city centre or to the marina easily. Thermal water and the spa service was great. We had massage which was very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner served as open buffet and there were wide variety. Thanks to all the staff
