This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

I loved this hotel. The swimming pool was wonderful and the spa was even better - a perfect way to end a busy day of sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Location isn't near much of interest for tourists, but very easy to get places via bus or metro. Lots of good breakfast cafes nearby too if you don't have breakfast in the hotel.

Artistic and chic, the luxurious W Taipei enjoys a central location in Xinyi District.

This is a very good hotel in this category. The outside looks quite boring but the inside of the hotel is very nice and cosy. The family room we booked was very comfortable and big enough for the four of us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was in my opinion above average for this type of hotel, with a very wide range of options, and everything was very fresh and well prepared. The swimming pool is also great - it surely doesn't have the charm of a rooftop pool but is very convenient, quite big, and our kids had a lot of fun.
