At first glance it was the beautiful flowers everywhere, cute little alleys full of lush smells of flowers. Everything is so clean! Room big and that balcony!!!!! We slept on it every day !!! What was amazing about the hotel was that our beds were prepared every night for us with moskitiera closed and night lights on. CUTE

The food was amazing.The staff the best especially Victor the front office manager.The African restaurant was the best, the rice.Great hospitality in Zanzibar.Food in the main restaurant was perfect I have an allergy and I spoke to the chef and he made something special everyday without asking.

Except that it is well preserved beach and pool facilities. The hotel is one of a kind of its unique management and staff. They are all ultra friendly. And after a few days spending in the hotel, you feel yourself at home. It is very much convenient specially for the families travelling with kids. The hotel its own beach, under the beautiful palms. All the green is very well maintained and kept, which gives you much more pleasure while you are relaxing.

The hotel staff is very welcoming, specifically Mr Erick, and the man who wears traditional zanzbar clothes was very welcoming .The staff in all kitchens are clean and smiling to the guests and jokes with us which makes our stay more fun 😁 The housekeepers are clean and nice .

To begin with- the place is incredible, we stayed at the Level Beach Pavillion, wich basicly looks like a pure dream. The Pavillion was well equiped, with a perfect view of the ocean (sunrise included). The service was outstanding, anything we needed- from small thing to bigger ones, we were provided swiftly.Everyone were super nice and helpful. The food was delicious and the whole hotel is simply giving you the perfect rest that you need.

The property is the perfect size for a very relaxing and wholesome vacation. It has different pockets carefully created to get variations for meals and events that span all around you on the property. The views are spectacular everywhere. It feels comfortable and perfectly integrated in the beautiful nature surrounding you. We felt completely safe and taken care of throughout the whole stay, we had amazing meals every day, loads of fun with our friend Obama from the animation team and experienced beautiful culture and nature outside the property thanks to Siara who helped us organise trips and excursions all around Zanzibar in the most perfect way. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had a fabulous stay at your hotel it was amazing. We had pradeep as our butler and he was amazing so helpful anything we needed from ironing clothes to getting drinks he was there straight away. It was a magical stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
