Our first time at Rixos Marina but for sure not the last one, everything was great from first day to the last one. Best food of all rixos hotels we stayed in,great pools,lots of stuff for kids to do and also nice private beach. Awesome place,we Can't wait to visit it again

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be, a time to rest, relax and enjoy. My daughter had so much fun in the pool. I also want to thank the staff who checked us in for being very considerate and giving us an upgraded room so we can be more comfortable. I booked for a room with twin beds but he gave us a room with king bed and sofa bed, since we are a family of four. I really appreciate this because the room was perfect for us. I would also like to commend the team for their attention to details. Because I mentioned that my husband and I are celebrating our anniversary, they sent us a cake :) All the staff were very friendly and polite, too, except for one in the restaurant, the one in the egg station during breakfast, he seemed annoyed when we came 2 times to request for omelette. Also, my son had a bit of headache and I missed to bring paracetamol, we tried to ask if there is any panadol but they said we can buy from outside. I think keeping a few paracetamol tablets for such cases can make the guests feel that everything they need is anticipated. These are only the minor points which I think can be improved. But the rest were very good and our stay has been amazing. We look forward to coming back again ;)

Naproti hotelu je velké nákupní centrum, k oáze Al-Ain se dá dojít pěšky.
