Search 5-star hotels in Niagara Falls and Wine Country

The Wi-Fi Internet was non-existent and for a five star hotel wifi should be totally available.

Service was great, 2.00 am in the morning asked for tooth toothbrush and front desk supplies without asking any questions, It was better Service than any 5-star. Breakfast Service was excellent as well, they kept filling up supplies.

Breakfast was always 5 star as was the hostess, Nikki. The B&B was spotless and upon arrival we were welcomed in and offered a cup of tea. Nikki’s warmth and friendliness is genuine. She definitely takes pride and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy. She pays attention to the little details. The accommodation was within walking distance to NOTL which was ideal and her recommendations for things to do and places to eat are bang on. Her helpfulness and advice about the area made for a very enjoyable holiday.

It was not a 5 star but also not the price of a 5 star. Great staff. Maybe a little more time cleaning would have been nice. But all in all it was a comfortable stary. Will stay again if I am in the area.

Location Friendly staff - he went out of way to speak in German with my sons. Clean rooms - thanks to house keeping staffs. Great views of Niagara Falls. 5 stars for the views of falls.
