Incredible staff top to bottom. Even when leaving the resort, you mention what you want to do and it is set up perfectly. I could go on and on about the service and how great the people that provide the service are but won’t ramble. All the facilities are incredible and there wasn’t even a minor issue (not even something that inconvenienced us for 5 seconds). One of the best stays you can have when you’re looking to relax while also being close to Lugano and the heart of Lake Como. It doesn’t get much better than this place and the people that make everything there work!

Admission to the on-site spa centre is free of charge. Free WiFi in all areas is also provided. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Free WiFi is available throughout the entirely non-smoking property. Our visit at that hotel was exacting. Also restaurant was very tasty.
