The location, the room, decor, staff (amazing), attention to details, the food and the spa. Very hard to beat this hotel. Lovely touches included remembering our preferred coffee and bread at breakfast and providing us with a little bag of snacks for our long journey home. A fabulous hotel.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Fantastic ambience, obsession for detail, surprising interior design. The hotel is an experience itself. Outstanding staff, very professional and with a peculiar positive mood. Very good breakfast. Certainly a hotel with a visionary leadership. We very much enjoyed our stay!
