From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. This was my third time staying at this lovely hotel. Prime location, friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Best hotel in Luzern in my opinion. I would like to thank Mar Margaret at the front desk and Mamu Dahy at the villa restaurant for making our experience exceptional! I have celebrated my birthday at the hotel with my family last year and this year too, and I can't wait for my future stay at this great hotel.

A fabulous hotel, full of history, perfectly situated at the lake of Luzern. Staff were very nice and ready to help. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
