We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Tawa Refugio del Puelo se nachází v destinaci Puelo a má zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a bar. Everything was great! The location with river and mountain views is amazing. You have the most amazing view from your bed. The beds are comfortable, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom is great. They have thought about many details that make the experience better. The hot tubs in the forest looking out onto the river were fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s not too big so it’s quiet and it doesn’t feel crowded or busy - a perfect place to relax. It was worth the drive and we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and peaceful place in nature. We highly recommend it and we would go again and again.
