Rooms are wonderful and so is the pool, which gives you the ultimate holiday vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately welcome you like a friend. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!

The hosts went above and beyond: they prepared herbal foot baths after long hiking days, customized a vegetarian breakfast with local wild vegetable dumplings, and even arranged a private bilingual guide who revealed hidden viewpoints ahead of tourist crowds. The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. If you seek authenticity over luxury, this family-run gem delivers soul-stirring moments you won’t find at chain hotels.

Tucked right by the park entrance, it offers remarkable convenience without sacrificing an ounce of tranquillity. Waking up to those peaks each morning was rather special. The team here runs a tight ship – everything is spotless and handled with quiet efficiency. The breakfast set us up perfectly for the day. We shall certainly return.

Un énorme coup de cœur pour l'Hôtel Cristal de Merlot ! L'établissement allie le charme authentique et un confort moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et la vue sur les vignobles est tout simplement magnifique. L'accueil par l'équipe, notamment par Sophie et Marc, était des plus chaleureux. Leurs conseils pour visiter la région et dénicher les meilleures caves ont été précieux. Grâce à eux, nous avons vécu une expérience bien au-delà de nos attentes. Le petit-déjeuner, avec ses produits locaux, était un régal. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir！

Hôtel alliant parfaitement emplacement et élégance. À deux pas de la gare, avec un service de navette gratuit fort appréciable. Chambre raffinée au literie divine. Petit-déjeuner buffet exquis, et un personnel d'une grande gentillesse qui nous a merveilleusement conseillé pour les visites. Une adresse que je recommande chaleureusement !

L’établissement Grand Sun City Hotel-Located city center Metro Access vous accueille à Changsha, à 2,8 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Helong Sports Center Stadium. This hotel is right in the city center with a subway station downstairs – super convenient! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff upgraded us to a high-floor room. Really appreciate their hospitality!
