My stay was absolutely stunning, with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. I especially loved the small island across from us, which I named Crocodile Island because it’s shaped just like a crocodile. The landscape, the rooms, the restaurants, and the staff-everything was top-notch. Special shout out to Wilson, thank you for all your assistance. Every moment of my stay was memorable. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season when it’s quieter, less crowded, and more peaceful. The highlight for me was experiencing their incredible rain showers during a thunderstorm—it felt magical, almost like a Divine Sky Symphony with lightning and thunder. Truly an unforgettable experience!

The staff provides outstanding service and creates an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality. The food is exquisite, each dish clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. I'm a lover of rainy weather, and my husband also appreciates rainy days, we found the experience especially romantic, spent a quiet afternoon at the restaurant, sipping hot chocolate while watching the rain fall gently over the pool. It was a moment of calm and beauty that made our stay truly special.

The room was a unique masterpiece of design, and extremely comfortable. Our host was more than willing to assist us each day in arranging for places to see and things to do. Breakfasts were good.

Celý pobyt jsme si velmi užili a byla to naše nejlepší zastávka na našem roundtripu po Kostarice. Hotel se nacházel na skvělém místě ,vše bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti. Majitel hotelu byl naprosto skvělý a přátelský a skvěle se o nás postaral. Toto místo můžu jen maximálně doporučit!!!

Located directly on the sands of Tamarindo Beach, Ocho Artisan Bungalows on the right-hand side of Starbucks on the beach. What a beautiful little hideaway nestled beachside within walking distance to nearly everything. Staying here was a dream come true, and more than I had ever imagined. Our bungalow was incredibly charming and fully equipped with everything required for a leisurely stay. Every detail of our accomodations was so comfortable and inviting that I wanted to just stay in the room and soak up the atmosphere. However, the beach was so beautiful, we couldn't resist. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, and served the finest tuna that I have ever had! The staff and the owner were so very attentive, offering personalized service. I had such an amazing time at this resort, that I am planning another trip back to the very same place.

We stayed at Destino for one night and really liked it! The place is surrounded by nature, and on a clear, sunny day, you can see three volcanoes. One of the coolest features of the rooms is that one of the walls is made of natural rock, giving you the feeling of being in a cave - yet everything is modern and well-built. The hosts were very welcoming too. Liz sent us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. You can also enjoy an outdoor bath with hot thermal water that comes straight from the ground. The highlight of the property is the cold river, which you can reach within a few minutes. In the Costa Rican heat, swimming in that fresh, flowing water was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and quiet, while still staying in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed house.
