Front terrace has a fully equiped kitchen, large fridge and a comfortable seating area either on the bar chairs or on sofa. Bed super comfortable, not too soft; bed linen just ideal for the hot nights. Lights in and outside the bungalov are selected for all activities you choose to do from reading to cooking. And the pool is just amazing! Wish we could stay longer than 3 nights.

The rooms are exquisitely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offer complimentary yoga classes- that are super nice. They have a sauna and an ice bath- which we very much enjoyed. The pools are very nice as well. Basically, one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Costa Rica. The location is also very nice. Plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby, and the location is very lively.

Located directly on the sands of Tamarindo Beach, Ocho Artisan Bungalows on the right-hand side of Starbucks on the beach. We stayed at the hotel for two weeks, longer then most I think. The bungalows are wonderful and the place with the restaurant / bar by the beach is so nice. It is hip, it is alive, it is cool, it is groovy. This is the obvious place to go if you want to take a sun-downer and realax with a good drink and some nice music. Every now and then the manager himself was standing in the DJ both. The staff is so friendly and professional and always have time for a chat and they can help you with anything. We had time to walk the whole beach a couple of times, checking in other places, and I dare say, this is the best place by far. At morning when you sit down by the beach to order your breakfast, the birds sing in the trees above you and later in the day when you lie on the beautiful sun beds you have a good chance to see the local crocodile (!!) come out from the creek to enjoy the sun. Just dont go to close, he is big. Food is good, dinks are good, music is good, staff is good. This is the place.
