The property is definitely 5 stars hotel. I like everything there. The staff was very kind especially receptionist Tatiana who helped us from the start to the end in any case that we need during our vacation, and Ivo who helped us with luggages and welcomed us with champagne and lemonade. We took only breakfast and it was very tasty with different varieties of food so you can find anything that you prefer to eat. The room was large and very clean. It was cleaned every day. The seaside view was perfect and very calm. 2 minutes walk to the beach and you don’t have to cross the road there is a walking path to nissi beach. The beach is also very clean but in case you don’t like the sea you can have your rest near the pool of the hotel which is also very clean. Near the pool there is a bar 1 cafe and 1 bistro. 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

The welcoming drinks and food at the reception and in the rooms were a sweet surprise. We were complimentary upgraded to sea view room and the views were really amazing. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. All the areas are renovated and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also great with many different options. We will definitely visit again.

We were very well received and looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, with a partial sea view, which was a wonderful surprise. The bathroom had all the basic personal hygiene items (dental set, comb, shaving set, etc.). The room is cleaned daily, the maids are very kind and polite. Every day we found water, coffee and sweet wishes. The air conditioner cooled perfectly, and when needed it also heated the room. The balcony was a great place to relax with a book and coffee. The food was amazing. My picky son tried many new dishes and always enjoyed the food. The heated indoor pool is spacious and cozy. Loved the sauna area, especially when it was chilly outside.
