Stayed for 3 nights — beautiful sandy beach and easy swim access to the “city underwater” for snorkeling. Rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable. Some areas are still under work, but the workers were always respectful of guests and stopped immediately when anyone passed by. The reception staff were friendly and responsive — even though the hotel can get busy, they follow up promptly if any requests are missed. The beach team were especially cheerful and helpful. I had a minor injury on the coral reefs, and they kindly assisted with moving my wheelchair around and provided first aid, which I truly appreciated. The food was fresh, varied, and of good quality. Overall, a pleasant and caring atmosphere — highly recommend for both relaxation and snorkeling.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

We weren’t disappointed and I will even say, it exceeded the heights we were hoping for. A special thanks to Emad who never failed to smile once when I looked at him, and to Sara also. She was our French referent here and our candle in the dark when we felt confused or overwhelmed at times by the scale of this hotel. I’m not used to say this because I happen to enjoy traveling a lot and above all discover new places, but if I had to chose only one place I had to go back in my life, it would be there.

Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay. Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort se nachází v blízkosti Port Ghalib, 42 km od Marsa Alam. Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.
