Situated in Hurghada, 30 km from New Marina, JAZ Elite Asteria features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service! Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding! The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being. We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful resort, super clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. Great selection of food at the buffet. All other food in the Al Acart restaurants was excellent. The team at the dive center were so friendly and helpful.

Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay.
