We had a great stay at this hotel in Siwa. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Thanks to them, we were able to organize two excursions. The room was comfortable, and although we had a few issues with the bathroom, everything was quickly taken care of once we mentioned it. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Siwa’s city center, but once you’re there, you’ll discover a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for enjoying the area!

Everything was wonderful during our stay. We faced a few issues at the beginning, but the reception staff – especially Mr. Raafat – were incredibly helpful and resolved everything smoothly. In fact, this is the second year we’ve come back to this hotel because of the excellent experience we had with him last year as well. We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Raafat for his outstanding support in solving our room issue. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference. We’d also like to thank Ms. Radwa and the rest of the reception team – they were all extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Looking forward to coming back again!
