We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. Food was good and breakfast delicious , with a lot of different things to choose from. The hotel has a peaceful setting in Molins Bay, 3km from Port de Pollença. There are views of the sea and the Tramuntana Mountains. The views were breathtaking and the staff was very friendly. Great spot and I would highly recommend it.

They even made an early check-in possible for us, which was a huge plus. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Puro Grand Hotel offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna. Incredibly beautiful place with superb service and best restaurant Sukalde. The design of the room is chic with natural and premium bathroom essentials and the best bed mattress I've slept so far, like on a cloud. We just loved the Sukalde restaurant for it's delicious food and quick service. Veal cheek, grilled octopus, grilled artichokes and tuna tartar were mouth watering and just the best among all places we have dined so far in Mallorca.
