A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

Thanks to the hotel’s unbeatable location, it offers spectacular views over a 6 km stretch of sand dunes and the ocean that bathes them. This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. Location was perfect for us to be able to visit all the best rated places to visit. Our room was amazing, super clean, modern, with all amenities we needed. Hotel staff, especially Marcel on the front desk, were some of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff members I have every come across,

Guest can also enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar Carabela and in the Alis Roof Top Bar. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night, 4-day stay at Hotel Santa Catalina in Las Palmas, Grand Canaries. The classic charm, combined with an elegant atmosphere, and the warm hospitality of the staff made my experience exceptional. The stunning garden, and the impressive roof and indoor pools added to the overall delight. Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They even kept in touch during the stay and shared info about events, which was really thoughtful. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The pool area was always spotless, and the service was great. Housekeeping was excellent, loved the little chocolate on the bed each night! The spa was super relaxing with really professional masseuses. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
