Location,very friendly staff,big rooms with great interior and good quality bedding. Excellent breakfast made with good quality ingredients. They care about the small details and loved the different night time treats on your bed every night. The staff just render a great service and the hotel is a joy to stay in.

It’s quite a bit out if the city….buy we loved the area a lot as it had much more beautifull villa and houses around it. We quite liked Getxo. Service was amazing! Breakfast at the terrace with sea-view made us feel great in the morning.

It located in the city center near to e.g. the Guggenheim Musem and the old town. The hotel was super-clear, cosy and comfortable, breakfast was great and the rooftop bar is amazing served with tasty food and good wines. But the cherry on the top was Irene and Pablo the hotel staff who were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Many thanks for your service! :)
