La Maison Des Têtes ligt in de Elzas, in de historische binnenstad van Colmar. Het heeft ruime kamers met airconditioning, een televisie, een eigen badkamer en gratis WiFi. We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately on the first evening, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the staff was extremely attentive to move us into a bigger room. As we much preferred our original room (brighter and newer), they managed to fix the A/C the next day and move us back into our original room. The staff are all wonderful. Special shoutout to Pauline for accommodating our room changes so late in the evening and for proactively coming out to the car park to see if we needed a hand! Also shoutout to Manuela for her wam hospitality, and barista skills, at our breakfasts.

The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

The room itself was warm, cozy, and very comfortable, with convenient beds. The spa area is modest but has everything you need to relax. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at La Winstub du Chambard, and the food was simply outstanding-beyond words. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway in Alsace.
