Search five-star hotels in Val d'Oise

I am a global traveler who regularly stays at five star resorts, such as hotels in the Belmond group). I have to say that the staff here was one of the most helpful and genuinely friendly teams I have encountered in a while. Having a full service restaurant was one of my requirements due to the time of arrival. I felt safe, cared for.

Everything- location, customer service- excellent, cleanliness- top quality, modern, chic, - it’s has plenty of sitting areas (work or chilling- inside and outside) this was 2nd visit and will definitely come back

As always we received exceptional service from the staff. There was a problem with our booking coming through from Booking.com and Dylan at reception, along with his colleague whose name I didn't catch, worked dillegently to locate our reservation and resolve the issue. The hotel is always very well presented, welcoming, comfortable and provides a truely superb breakfast.

Secure, gated accommodation. Who needs 5 star luxury at 5 star prices when all you need is a clean, comfortable room in a secure building. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s big, the structure is modern, the deco is very contemporary. Food was nice. Rooms were clean. The lobby was grand and modern. The hallways were of 5 star hotel standard. The staff were polite and helpful.

Comfortable. Highest standard for bed quality, shower, cleaness. Definitely 5 stars
