Had a fantastic 3 night stay in the penthouse suite. Well worth climbing the stairs for the sea view and spacious accommodation. Liz and Mark were fantastic hosts throughout the stay and loved the little gift on the last day. The breakfast was one of if not the best we've had in a B&B. Free parking outside and a 10 min walk along the sea front to the pier. Well worth 5 stars in our book.

What more can be said 5 stars .Nothing too much trouble .perfect in every way. We Will return next year

The exceptional and beautiful room was by far the nicest I have stayed in, to date. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. I would say that their kindnesses are what made my stay so memorable, but the fantastic view from room 5 - of the mountains and forest - was also exceptional. 5 stars from me; I long to return.

Fantastic hosts - would highly recommend Views are fantastic and the honesty bar is great! We travelled as a party of 8 as a pre season get- together, they even organised a takeaway delivery and set up the dining room late in the evening. A nice touch was that they contact you before your stay to confirm your bedding choices ,,, 5 stars all the way We will return x

I liked everything about the hotel very friendly and welcoming a lovely 15th century building which gave it character free parking excellent location especially for us as we both did the iconic Conwy half marathon and 5 mins in the car to the event car park a great location and the standard room was lovely and spacious 5 stars for excellent everything.

5 stars staff, food, location & ambiance. Your missing out if you don’t stay here.

Great hotel , great location very dated but spotlessly clean . The man on reception was so lovely even gave me an umbrella 😃 would definitely stay here again 5 stars ⭐️

Excellent guest house, with a wonderful host Selina.. and everybody else there are equally wonderful.. Second time staying there and I'll definitely be back, Great Breakfast, clean well maintained room.. Value for money but no corners cut.. 5 stars...

Fantastic staff, very nice and helpful including very dog friendly.. I will be arranging my parents to stay in the summer. The food was also superb, 5 stars all round. :)
