The first hotel that ever been to playing so good music that kept shazaming all the stay :) Food was delitious at all the restaurants. Animation for kids - wow, enjoyed all family <3 Only thing to improve - paper glasses, plates and wooden cutlery at the swiming pool, and pancakes for breakfast would be lovely. There is also a bar by the pool which is very handy and has the nicest barman Camelia. She makes the best drinks ever.

Location was fantastic, hotel was beautiful and clean, but what really made it was the outstanding service of all the staff we interacted with. Nothing was a bother and they went to great lengths to ensure guests had a great stay. Also loved it had a washing machine and you could book the roof top pool for a 2 hour period.
