We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.

Staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. Nice to see staff with a smile. Room was great and cleaning staff were great. The view from room was just stunning. The manager (Kresto, I think is the spelling) was really good at his job, nothing was a problem for him. When we had a request, he came up with the correct solution.

There is a great place for walking around. Very close to the Old Town Dubrovnik. Very good Spa salon. The Sea is very close, right next to the entrance.

The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind in a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also hard to beat — just a short walk from the Old Town, yet still peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, the Hilton Dubrovnik combines comfort, quality, and convenience, and I would happily stay here again.

The road in front of the hotel was under construction during our stay but the staff took great care to ensure it was not a problem for us. The hotel is extremely beautiful and breakfast was delicious.
