The Norman Tel Aviv is a luxury hotel set in the centre of Tel Aviv, near the Rothschild Boulevard. The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

Everything was great, but what stood out was Estee, hands down this is the best booking experience I’ve ever had in my entire life (and I do at least 10 flights a year)
