The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous and accommodating. I will definitely stay at Cloud 9 again the next time I’m in Goa.

It is beautifully decorated with alot of attention to even the smallest of details. The location is excellent 👌 The staff really went out of their way to make our stay an amazing experience. They even presented my son with a birthday cake on his birthday during our stay, and were very kind and patient with both of my young children. Would love to visit again.

The service is 6/5. They made us feel very welcome. At Vivanta, you feel like a very special guest. Whatever you need, just ring the 24/7 reception, and it will be in your room within a minute. The team promptly arranged taxis at the last minute - the hotel cab was available for us at all times, and has saved us a lot of worries dealing with the local taxis. The driver has been very kind, and accompanied us on our adventures around Goa. They also gave us some advice on visiting local beaches, exchanged currency directly in the hotel, and made sure we have everything we need. We also got a room with an amazing jungle view.

A true gem in the nice Old Goa area, a boutique hotel with personalised services, tasty vegetarian kitchen and a fabulous pool. Everything was clean, safe, good play area for kids. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

A heritage property beautifully restored into a boutique hotel with the most caring staff we ever met. Everything is perfect from the food to the bedrooms to the service. Especially the service: check in anytime and even checkout anytime: our plane was at 21:15 PM and we could keep the room until evening. Food was served on request and the staff helped us to rent a scooter and a car without any hotel surcharge. It could not be any better.
