Il personale è gentilissimo specialmente un ragazzo di nome Gavind (spero di aver scritto bene il nome) che una sera ci ha addirittura accompagnato a piedi ad un ristorante aiutandoci ad attraversare la strada, cosa pericolosissima per il traffico assurdo.

Perched magnificently upon a granite hill and offering a 360-degree view of Rajasthani landscape, Alila Fort Bishangarh offers complimentary WiFI, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, fitness centre... Overall experience was fantastic, loved how Sakshi was at hand to interact and make our stay very comfortable along the way. Karan at the Archary was super, the pool was fantastic, the hi tea was brilliant and the guys at the breakfast were outstanding as was the breakfast with loads of options. The Spa facilities were outstanding with brilliant, qualified and considerate therapists.

Fairmont Jaipur is located near Amber road, 7.6 km from Amber Fort. The property features an outdoor pool, spa and 4 dining options. Nahargarh Fort is 18 km away while Jal Mahal is 15 km away. I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Jaipur for 3 nights during Diwali, and it was an unforgettable experience. As this was my first time staying with Fairmont, I was initially torn between the Leela Palace and Fairmont, given that this is Fairmont’s only property in India. However, from the moment we arrived, Fairmont Jaipur exceeded every expectation I had. The hotel is magnificent, and from the warm, traditional welcome to the unique evening ritual and the enchanting Shaam-e-Khaas, everything felt truly special. The food was exceptional, and I had the chance to dine at all three of their restaurants—Zarin, Zoya, and Zia. Each offered a distinct ambiance and culinary experience, making every meal memorable. A big part of what made our stay exceptional was the warm and caring staff. They made us feel at home from the very start, as if we’d known them for years. I would like to give a special mention to Niddhish, a new team member who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His dedication and responsiveness were remarkable—sometimes I was genuinely surprised at how he managed it all with such ease and kindness. He is a true gem, and we wish him the best!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza della camera blu: ampia, pulita, riccamente decorata, sembra di essere una principessa in viaggio in India. Fuori dalle mura il traffico caotico di jaipur, all'interno delle mura, presidiate dalla guardia h24, la pace dei sensi. Il letto era molto comodo, la struttura molto curata, la piscina in mezzo al verde molto rilassante. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo, soprattutto la receptionist pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta e il cameriere mitwo, super disponibile al ristorante. Abbiamo cenato una sera, piatti di ottima qualità, i pancake a colazione erano superlativi. Possibilità di fare massaggi, yoga e palestra. Consiglio a tutti questo palazzo nella zona nuova di jaipur
