The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

A grand residence that housed the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner His Highness Narendra Singhji, Narendra Bhawan is a heritage property that possesses a one-of-a-kind legacy. The property has an infinity pool, Clinic – The Spa and sauna. After a series of overpriced supposedly luxury hotels in India this was the first one that really got it right that wasn't crazy expensive. Place was wonderfully clean, luxuriously decorated (!), room was great, shower was at least very good, beds were very clean, towels good, bathroom spacious, breakfast and restaurant was excellent, second best of the whole trip of ~10 hotels, nice pool and rooftop, awesome courtyard. MRG group seems to "get it" compared to a whole series of properties that just don't seem to understand what they are getting wrong. I mean, they had a guy dusting the lamp shades one by one with a cloth! Stay here!

The staf are incredibly polite and helpful. they had eyes on us all the time with a smily and peacefull face... The most important thing is that they want you to remember this stay forever with a big smile on your face... There is a nice swimming pool as well for those who want to finish the day on a sunset in a cool pool... We nearly cried when we left because all the staff was there to farewell us... We'll never forget those days and will always create a reason to come back here again...

We had a great experience from the warm welcome to the check out. They upgraded us to a superior room with a beautiful view in the renovated wing of the haveli. The furniture is a shabby chic version of a French style that blends very well with the Haveli. The garden is manicured and the swimming pool is absolutely great. The staff provides a massage while you are waiting for your dinner or just after it making you relaxing before going to bed and sleep like a King! We had our dinner on the terrace overlooking an amazing granite hill rock. The food was not the highlight of the evening but the level of attention from the waiter was absolutely great. The same waiter was managing the bar with great experience. Rawla Narlai deserves more than 1 night as we missed the safari that we believe is a must!
