Stunning location, superb pool area

By far our best accommodation we have had so far in Italy! The facility was recently renovated and the rooms are superb, beds are comfortable, everything is spotless clean and you feel like in five star hotel! Our host - Vania was friendly, forthcoming and very helpful. The breakfast in the garden makes a perfect start for a day. There are parking places available on the property. The place is great as a base to visit Umbria - Perugia, Assisi and much more.

Very nice chef of Hotel who was very helpful and gave us all information needed. Hotel righ5 in the heart of town very convenient.

Travelling can be exhausting - it's a choice but it's nice to have a quiet and comfortable facility to "re-charge" in. B&B Dolce Casa is well positioned in a quiet village near to Panicale and Castiglione del Lago - both offer superb tourist experiences. Perugia is also comfortably accessible from Panicarola. Our host - Marianna was kind and considerate and shared advice that made our stay even better.

The MOST amazing stay…let this stunning property take you back in time and enjoy all the antiques, space and comfort of what feels like living in a beautiful museum. With a superb location we spent one night in the 2 bed penthouse apartment with private terrace overlooking the lake. It was breathtaking. Ignore any bad reviews and book because you will not be disappointed. Clean, huge rooms and comfy beds. Lovely host. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Superb view, great pool😀

View was amazing but amenities were non existent. Cheaply decorated, handles missing from dresser, plastic soap holder in shower that kept falling to the floor, shower did not drain well, mosquito curtain in bedroom ripped, only 2 burners worked on the stove in at least 2 of the rooms. No staff on premises. This is a 5 star location but needs some attention to detail.
