It's appreciated that they upgraded our room, which was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is truly excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, as well as freshly made vegetable and fruit juices. They also offer a shuttle bus to the city center, though I didn’t have a chance to use it. A highly enjoyable stay!

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and room service for guests. Gorgeous hotel, perfectly located so that you are in a peaceful environment and only a few minutes walk from the sea, duomo and centre of town. Staff were very attentive and helpful. As a bonus - the restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic. We would definitely recommend booking a table for the tasting menu.

Some rooms also have a seating area. Staff were friendly and helpful, all areas are well presented and clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast awesome! The hotel location is brilliant whether exploring Ortigia or into the city to visit the Archaeological park etc.

Located on Siracusa's Ortigia island, Ortea Palace Hotel, Sicily, Autograph Collection features a spa, an indoor pool and a restaurant. This converted Art Nouveau post office offers rooms with air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. If someone is going to Ortiguia this is the best hotel. The liacation, the rooms, the food. The staff was incredible if I have explain how they made our stay unforgettable, it would take all day. We are very grateful

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain. It is the only hotel in Ortigia with a private parking and spa facilities. The place is simply amazing! The attention given to us were shown in little details that make this hotel a 5 star establishment. Bottle of proseco waiting for when you walk into your room from visiting around….little notes making you understand that they care about their customers and the staff is absolutely marvelous. The highlights is the restaurant on the top floor serving the best of meals all to a spectacular view of the sea and port.
