The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, particularly Ms. Joud. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally efficient, managing our check-in swiftly even with the hotel being very busy. Her assistance truly set the tone for a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful for the positive start she provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will undoubtedly choose this hotel again in the future.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is very good—convenient and accessible. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, with no hassle at all. The staff were very respectful and professional throughout my stay. Overall, everything was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. I really loved everything about this hotel especially the location and the fantastic staff. Many thanks for the wonderful and smooth checkin by Sara from the front desk. She really knows what professionalism means. Also, I would like to thank Ahmed from the night shift, an awesome guy who was really helpful.

The elegant Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center is located in the heart of the diplomatic and business districts of Amman. It offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Everything was excellent; I felt at home. The staff—Jawn, Salama, and Faiz—were amazing and went out of their way to help us. My daughter fell ill, and as I’m new to the country, their support was invaluable. They even helped us find a doctor. Mr. Fawaz kept checking in to make sure we were okay and safe. The hotel is truly warm and family-friendly.

We liked everything about the Amman International Hotel We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival We had the most Amazing suite The breakfast was delicious Room service was excellent Evening meal was delicious and very big portions The hotel guest relations Yara was absolutely amazing she organised all our trips and was there every morning to greet us with her lovely smile and to make sure we were ok We will definitely be back sometime as I've never experienced such hospitality any where in the world Thank you Yara and staff Special thanks to mohamd our wonderful driver

The staff are incredibly warm and cheerful, instantly making you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with everything well-organized. Services are top-notch, and the food is absolutely out of this world. Honestly, the only downside is having to check out—I wish I could stay longer!

This hotel is located in Shmeisani, Amman’s central business district. It features a 24-hour gym, a spa and 7 restaurants & bars. The staff are very welcoming, warm and generous. Majdi and Omar were very accommodating and helpful with us. They definitely made this stay so much better.
