Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. Loved everything about the Hotel New Grand. The staff were exceptional from the first moment to the last. Great room for a family with two double beds and a sofabed. Great location from which to explore Yokohama. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel provided a shuttle from the station and to Gora, even dropping us off on departure day. A warm welcome awaited us, and the room was excellent — with free minibar drinks, a coffee machine with biscuits, and a brilliant hairdryer. The private onsen on the balcony was amazing and so relaxing, especially after busy days in Tokyo and surfing around Gora and Hakone. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, and breakfast offered both Japanese and English options — some of the best meals we’ve had in Japan. Staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!
