The location was perfect—right next to the train station. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you’re at the station. From the airport, I could take a direct bus to the hotel. The staff was amazing—they even prepared an anniversary cake for me and my partner. The hotel was super clean, and the amenities were fully stocked!

Choose a room with club access - check-in much more convenient and exclusive, breakfast and happy hour available at club lounge (good ones) and overall just fabulous service. Very quiet, great restaurants in the vicinity - would definitely choose this one again.

Tokyo station can be very challenging for someone who is not used to the station, but the hotel has given very direct instructions on how to reach them. The rooms are clean and big as compared to other hotels that are near a train station. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for making me feel welcome throughout my stay!
