I really liked the welcome they give u, all staff properly trained on guest care, as I arrived Kavisha was very welcoming and throughout my stay she was inquiring n getting feedbacks plus the new wing rooms were super luxurious and has the vibe of a modern hotel! Food was excellent as well!

Kandalama Heritance is a 20-minute drive from UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the 2,000-year-old cave temple at Dambulla and the Sigiriya rock fortress. The 5-star hotel is a 3.5-hour drive from the airport. The hotel is amazing. It has 3 amazing pools with a great view on the lake. It is surrounded by nature (and wild monkeys!!). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet is incredible. Finally, the staff is incredibly kind and professional. A special mention must go to Dulsha working in the Cafe Kachchan who made our stay all the more unique.

The rooms were very nice and clean! View from the balcony was a perfect! Rice and curry, which we ordered from Inoka to our dinner was delicious! We got so many types of curry...and pineaple chutney? Amazing! Inoka is the best host ever! She was very kind and friendly. We love you! 🫶🏼❤️

Food was also very well done and tasty. It’s situated up in the hill but you can reach it easily with a tuktuk or taxi.

Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a terrace and to a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. It was a perfect couple of days after a busy week of travel. The staff were lovely we loved the nature walks and trip to the natural pool with Isuru ( the naturalist ) and the amazing infinity pool sits high above the resort with the most stunning views. From start to finish it was just wonderful. We had breakfast and dinner and both were really good and lots of choices, service was attentive. The room was super comfortable air-con efficient, well stocked mini bar, iron hair, dryer kettle all just perfect. Beds and pillows comfy. There are trips out but we were just happy to be at the resort.

Each meal at Santani is an experience, and with no printed menus, the chefs propose a menu to each guest based on the dietary preferences and utilizing the fresh organic vegetables grown on site. All room categories are available on a full-board basis. We loved it so much !! The hotel in real life is much better than pictures here in booking.com. 3 meals was absolutely amazing and super high standard, chefs were professional and smiley, the staff Viraj & Vipula at restaurants were all friendly makes you feel very special. We experience both garden view and Mountain View room, we loved both of them, garden view has outdoor washroom and shower area was a great experience. River walk was a great cardio, the guide was very informative, but remember to bring long pants as there are lots of worms during the walk. We did not experience the spa as we were on budget, but we tried the sauna and steam and relaxed there for 30 mins, it was really zen, we loved it so much and regretted that we did not try the spa.
