This hotel is top quality; a beautiful setting, extremely comfortable rooms, quality linnen, great bathrooms, fabulous food… We arrived drenched from the rain and the staff immediately made us feel comfortable with hot tea and towels. After a delayed exit from the airport due to a visa computer glitch, we were relieved to arrive at the villa in the late afternoon—and were warmly welcomed by our gracious and attentive hosts, who ensured we were well looked after from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The entire property is well maintained, with a peaceful ambiance that helped us unwind after our journey. The pool was a real bonus, especially in the humid weather, offering a refreshing way to cool off. Breakfast was a highlight—a freshly cooked, generous Sri Lankan spread with juice, tea, and coffee available for refills. We enjoyed eating outdoors, though a few flies did make their presence known—perhaps a fan could help keep them away in future. We appreciated the convenience of booking a taxi to our next destination through reception—it was within the price range we expected, though budget-conscious travellers could save a little by walking into town to arrange transport themselves. Negombo Beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a great base to explore Negombo before heading off to other parts of the country. All in all, we would definitely recommend Negombo Boutique Villa and would happily stay again. It offered a calm and comfortable start to our trip, made even better by the warm hospitality of the hosts.

I particularly enjoyed dining by the pool in the evenings; the seafood options were fresh and delicious. Facilities & Ambience: The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the star of the property — perfect for relaxing under the sun. The spa services were also exceptional, offering a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments and massages. The fitness center was well-equipped for a hotel gym. Service & Hospitality: The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Whether it was room service, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, respectful, and genuinely hospitable — a true reflection of Sri Lankan warmth. Overall Impression: Sentido Heritance Negombo is a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and local charm.

Well-kept garden and always clean house. Mobile Internet coverage is good here, so you can work remotely. The food here is very tasty and inexpensive. So I've always eaten here. The staff is very friendly and doesn’t ask unnecessary questions (as happens in Sri Lanka). I spent 10 days here and I felt very comfortable. There are fans in the rooms that can be turned on at low speeds, so you can’t hear them at all.
