The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. We had an incredible two-night stay with our family at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! They generously upgraded our room free of charge, which made our experience even more special. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a delightful mix of international and local cuisine, catering to all tastes. The rooftop pool was absolutely breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing and picturesque view that left us in awe. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Kandy Myst by Cinnamon is an absolute gem in the heart of Kandy! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy, modern, and spotless, with extremely comfortable beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy town. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious, offering a wonderful mix of authentic Sri Lankan dishes and international options, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The parking area was another highlight — spacious and directly connected to the lift and rooms, which made it super convenient.

Very nice hotel located on top of a hill with views of the city below. Not so close to Kandy, but if I would return I’ll stay there for sure. The room was very big and comfortable with amazing view. Staff was extremely kind and food was the best of the entire journey! They arranged a romantic dinner for us on the rooftop! ❤️

Santani Wellness Kandy, having opened in 2016 has received a number of international accolades highlighting the level of service, the cuisine and the spa. Literally everything! From the beautiful architecture to the staff. The chef is amazing and every meal was special, the staff is incredibly kind and resourceful. Ayurveda treatments and yoga sessions are great. The silence and the view from the room will leave you speechless. Hope to be back soon!

Built in an ancient Colonial-period Bungalow, The Elephant Stables is a beautiful property overlooking Kandy’s lush greenery. It welcomes guests with an outdoor swimming pool and cosy guestrooms. Exceptional service, staff and location. The food is exceptional .. Indika and his team are master chefs! The property is beautiful and well maintained surrounded by amazing wildlife with some of the best views in Kandy. The place is also a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Kandy town but not too far away from anything. The staff are all amazing and went out of their way to help us which made us feel like staying with family ….we can’t wait to return again and stay at this magical place. Thanks to Joel and his team we miss you already!
