The way customers are greeted and welcomed. It's really awesome. Everyone tries to have a welcoming attitude in this hotel. I liked to stay at this hotel. First I was planning to stay just for one day but the services they provide and the way they treat their customers made me stay for 2 days

It’s a beautiful place though smaller than one would imagine looking at the photos. But our stay was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and gave us excellent support and service.

Our main purpose was to go for Safari, and this hotel is perfectly located from Yala National Park. They even packed us breakfast at 5am, so we can take it with us to Safari. We spent an afternoon at the pool, (and had it all to ourselves which was also a bonus). The food was great, and we had the buffet there. The staff were all amazing. Everyone that worked there, were quite young, but incredibly professional, polite and kind, and they all really went out of their way to help us.
